Class Prices

Pilates classes are run in six week blocks and are one hour in duration:
– A six week course costs £37-00 and payment is required at the first of the six classes.

You can wear comfortable exercise-type clothing and socks.
All equipment is provided but you may wish to bring your own exercise mat and towel.
Post-pregnancy ladies able to join after six weeks of giving birth and/or clearance by your GP and/or Midwife.
